Found a possible vulnerability, suspicious activity or security incident involving NeatBeans? Please tell us privately so we can investigate it properly.

Email your security report

This opens your email app and writes to hello@neatbeans.co.uk.

What to include

  • What you found and where you found it.
  • Clear steps that help us reproduce the issue.
  • The date and time it happened, including your time zone.
  • Screenshots or technical details that do not contain private financial data.
  • A safe way for us to contact you with any follow-up questions.

Please keep everyone safe

  • Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, bank details or full customer records.
  • Do not access, change, download or delete information that is not yours.
  • Do not disrupt the service or publicly disclose the issue while we investigate.
  • If your own account may be at risk, change its password before emailing us.

What happens next

We will review your report, keep communication private and ask for more detail if we need it. Please do not send the same report repeatedly, as that can slow the review.

If someone is in immediate danger or you believe a crime is taking place, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority first.
